Anonymity by design
Aggregate Compliance Reporting
Pay transparency reports, Adverse Impact Analysis cohort results, and group comparisons present job-category, cohort, and gender-group statistics only — never a named individual’s compensation.
Minimum Peer Group Size
Remediation estimates suppress any peer median computed from fewer than the configured number of reference employees, so a pay gap is never inferred from a group too small to support it. The threshold defaults to 3 and is set per analysis on upload.
Individual Records for Remediation
The technical analysis and remediation planning views intentionally surface individually flagged employees, so your team can act on specific pay gaps. These views show whichever identifying and job-related fields you chose to upload — employee ID, and optionally name, job title, pay grade, department, tenure and performance rating — alongside pay figures, and the same detail is included when you export them. This is visible to any member of your organization with platform access, the same as the rest of the analysis.
